Literature Text
Aquilla was REALLY spelt with double L on purpose.
Aquilla Lestrange first appeared in my Polish only fanfiction, titled „Tanderdalu Saga". She was created in 2008.
The whole fic contains multiple references to Machiavelli's works, as well as Bible and other literature. You may make a "treasure hunt" and look for them. Hint: under the last chapter I thanked all the authors whose work I… let's say, got inspired with.
Many scenes in the story were written a few times before I considered them acceptable.
I didn't stick only to the book or movie to write this; I used both sources.
Translations are like women: either beautiful or faithful, never both. I tried to make this translation rather beautiful than faithful, and many scenes were altered during the translation. As I'm both the author and the translator, I guess I had a right to do so.
The original story was written on scraps of paper, usually the other sides of homeworks and short tests, mostly when I was bored at school.
I lost some of the scraps with pieces of story on them, so I filled the gaps with similar plot.
Original story contained Lucius taking Aquilla to Azkaban when she was two.
The Carrows were included into the story because they seem a bit neglected by writers.
I guess I gave enough hints about this: Amycus Carrow is a widower. His wife died while giving birth to the twins.
There are elements of autobiography in the story: the way Aquilla bathed at the Tonks (my big brother did so), the lullaby which Ted sung, the way Narcissa got to know that Aquilla could read, Aquilla being left-handed and a few more.
I have already written an alternate ending to the sequel to "All the sweetness of the world". Not having written the real ending.
In a D&D Alignment Chart, Aquilla would be Chaotic Neutral… for now.
Aquilla is quite a gatherer. She has her treasures and won't let anyone take them away from her. However, unlike Tom Marvolo Riddle, she keeps treasures, not trophies.
